Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from WindCrestPark. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. The following statements constitute our Refund Policy:
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to request a return from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made orders, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for returns, including gift cards and some health and personal care items. In the case of items manufactured by a third-party, please contact the manufacturer in relation to any warranty or quality issues.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom, London, 43 Bedford Street, Westminster.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Refund Deadlines
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
Changes to the Refund Policy
WindCrestPark reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on windcrestpark.sbs. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through a notice on our homepage.
