'WindCrestPark started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, we began as a quaint, family-managed shop, passing down recipes from one generation to the next.

Marco Rossi, our establisher, perfected the pizza craft on her journey through Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her goal was to share the original Italian pizza experience, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.

Our journey from a small 12-seater pizzeria to a cherished local eatery is a testament to our unchanging promise to quality and genuineness. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily, and procure the finest ingredients available.

Today, 'WindCrestPark is still under the care of the Rossi family’s second generation who maintain a fervent workforce. Even as we adopt new innovations, at our core, we remain devoted to producing scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
